HOW TO ORDER

  1. From the product page, select your preferred colour and size

  2. Add the item to your Shopping Bag

  3. Once you have finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout”

  4. Register, log in, or continue as a guest

  5. Enter your email address and shipping details

  6. Select your preferred shipping and payment method

  7. Review your information and click “Purchase Now”

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once confirmed, our team will prepare your order. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped. If your order is not a pre-order, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days within Scandinavia and 5–10 business days within Europe and the United States.

Please note that public holidays and weekends, including holiday periods such as Christmas, may affect delivery times. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


PRE-ORDER

A pre-order allows you to buy an item from an upcoming collection.
Pre-order items are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks, plus postal delivery times.

FAQ

Can I change my order or add/remove items?

If your order confirmation has not yet been sent, changes may be possible, please contact out client service. Once the order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified.
To purchase additional items, a new order must be placed. For returns, please refer to our Return Policy.


Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.


How do Promotional Codes work?

Promotional Codes on marinablanche.com provide access to exclusive offers. To receive them, please subscribe to our Newsletter.

Enter the code in the designated field at checkout and click “Apply”.
Only one Promotional Code may be used per order.

If a code does not work, please verify the validity period and applicable products as stated in the newsletter.


Will my order be gift wrapped?

All orders are carefully prepared and delivered with our signature wrapping.

Authentication is available for diamond jewellery only.
