Shipping information

Shipping & Processing

  • In-stock: Delivery within 1–3 business days.

  • Not in-stock: Delivery within 14 business days.

  • Some products not in-stock may take longer to produce due to material availability. You will be informed of the expected delivery date.


Order Cancellation for products NOT in-stock

  • If you do not accept the confirmed delivery timeframe, you can cancel your order within 24 hours.
    Kindly reply to the email you will receive.


Additional Information

  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day.
    These are PostNord and UPS schedules and are beyond our control.

All orders are shipped from Sweden with our signature wrapping.

A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent by email once your order has shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it.

No customs duties apply. VAT is included in the product price in accordance with applicable legislation.

UK, USA & Canada
Import duties are not included and may be charged separately by the courier. VAT is included in the product price.

Please note that import duties are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Return

14 days of delivery.
All items must be returned unused, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition, with all hangtags and labels intact.
Used items are not accepted for return.
If delivered in our signature box, items must be returned in the same packaging.

Exchanges

To receive a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

Request a return
To initiate a return, log in using the email address provided at the time of purchase, select the relevant order, and submit a return request.

A return shipping label will be issued within 24 hours and sent to the registered email address.


Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 14 days after the returned item has been received and processed.



Return shipping costs

The customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Applicable rates are listed below.




How to

  • Log in to your account using the email address provided at purchase.
    A password-protected link will be sent to your email.
  • Select the relevant order and submit a return request, stating the reason for return.
  • A return shipping label will be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Print the label, attach it to the parcel, and return the item via PostNord or UPS, depending on your location.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return has been approved, within 14 business days.
