A tailored blazer should not be hand washed or machine washed, as water and agitation compromise the structure, interfacing, and shoulder construction. Dry cleaning preserves the garment’s shape, sharp lines, and fabric integrity. Between cleanings, air the blazer after wear and store it on a structured hanger to maintain its form.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods and holidays, delays may occur despite our best efforts.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the displayed prices and will be charged separately by the courier. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met.
All items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition, with all hangtags and labels intact.
If delivered in our signature box, items must be returned in the same packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Used items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges are not offered. To receive a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, the customer must log in using the email address provided at purchase, select the relevant order, and submit a return request.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Applicable rates are listed below.
A return shipping label will be issued within 24 hours and sent to the registered email address. The customer is responsible for printing the label.
Refunds are approved only for items returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and are issued to the original method of payment.
HOW TO
- Log in to your account using the email address provided at purchase.
A password-protected link will be sent to your email. - Select the relevant order and submit a return request, stating the reason for return.
- A return shipping label will be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Print the label, attach it to the parcel, and return the item via PostNord or UPS, depending on your location.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return has been approved, within 14 business days.
