RETURN POLICY
You may return items purchased from Marina Blanche within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the return complies with the conditions below.
All items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original condition, with all hangtags, garment seal, if signature box and/or dust bag included, and placed in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Used products are not eligible for return.
Not accepted for return
The following products are NOT accepted for return:
- Custom-made or special-order products with a signed agreement
- Used products
- Washed products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products with odors such as smoke, perfume, food, odor
- Gift cards
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned after the return period has expired
- Garment without the garment seal
Exchange / wrongly items
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order within 30-days.
If you believe your order is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately so the matter can be handled as a claim.
Refund approval
Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Returns are processed within 3-7 business days- during peak periods, processing times may be extended.
Initial shipping costs and any import duties or taxes are non-refundable.
If an order shipped outside the EU is abandoned or not collected in accordance with shipping terms, an additional fee may be charged to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, the customer must log in to their account using the email address provided at the time of purchase. A return request is submitted by selecting the relevant order and stating the reason for return.
A return shipping label will be issued within 12 hours and sent to the email address registered to the order. Securely attaching it to the parcel, and returning the item via PostNord or UPS, depending on the country of return.
Upon receipt, all returned items are subject to inspection. A refund will only be approved provided that the item is returned in the same condition as when dispatched, unused, undamaged, no odor, and with all original packaging intact.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
HOW TO

Log in to your account using the email address provided at purchase.

Select the relevant order and submit a return request, stating the reason for return.

A return shipping label will be sent to your email within 12 hours. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

The label can be printed with a QR code for your local postal service. Attach the label to the parcel, and return the item via PostNord or UPS, depending on your location.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return has been approved, within 3-7 business days.
Returns within Sweden are handled via PostNord.
International returns are handled via UPS.
For returns outside the EU, required customs documentation will be included in the email.
Please ensure the parcel is securely sealed before handing it in at the designated service point.

Refunds are issued within 3-7 business days via the original payment method.
Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional processing time.

EXCESSIVE OR ABUSIVE RETURNS
Marina Blanche AB reserves the right to refuse future orders and deactivate customer accounts in cases of repeated or abnormal return behaviour, including but not limited to:

Repeated return of a large share of purchased items

Patterns indicating no initial intent to use– but not to keep– the product

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All items must be free from defects upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered product, kindly contact: clientservice@marinablanche.com
as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt.
The item must be returned unused, with all labels attached and in original packaging.
In the event of a valid claim, we offer repair, replacement, or refund.
COMPLAINTS
In accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (SFS 1990:932), you have the right to file a complaint regarding original manufacturing defects within three years from the date of purchase.
